Displayed in this brochure, you will find a few sample menus for your comparison.  They are only a partial listing of the comprehensive choices we offer, as menu flexibility is an integral part of our business.  This is your reception and shouldn’t be treated as a package deal—we will be happy to prepare the exact menu you want, from simple hors d’oeuvres to a full six-course dinner.
